Run 4 Good Racing

Branded and marketing director for ( planned and executed marketing strategy) for Run 4 Good Racing Company. Also acquired race sponsors.

I replaced the static logo with a “Sasquatch” character named "Gud". Created the logo, race day activities, including the new mascot and medals.

Role: Social media lead, brand copywriter, marketing director, newsletter and PR coordinator.

Centric Squared

Created a Instagram campaign for Centric Squared to gain brand exposure and drive clients toward the goal of booking a discovery call.

Role: Social media, blogger, brand copywriter, newsletter and for a catalog of clients.

modFORM LLC

Marketing for modFORM LLC Highlighting the style and modern architecture on LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, emails and blogs to speak to the firms ideal client.

Result: Inquiries jumped from once a month to two a week.

Role: Social media lead, brand copywriter and marketing manager.

Krusteaz

What do pancakes and running have to do with each other? That was the goal with the Eugene Marathon Expo, where the main sponsor was Krusteaz pancakes was the star. I consulted on fun ways include pancakes with running, including a kids pancake play station, recipe cards for activation and spatula medals for the pre-race pancake breakfast.

Result: Fun and effective activation for event that reached a broader audience then years past. Role: Ideation, event activation.

 
 

Running Evolution

We make runners!! The goal of Running Evolution was to make running less scary and dare I say it…FUN?? We take people, who hate running, or it’s been a while, from couch to 5k, with a proven schedule, compassion and walk breaks. We break down the reason it’s hard for people and celebrate all the small wins. With 2500 graduates… it worked.

My role: Founder, marketer, curriculum creator, coach, leader, community builder and head cheerleader.

Hired as a brand blogs for Oiselle Running Apparel: #Run101 Series to educate new runners and offer coaching tips.

Sena Sea Seafood

Problem: How show case a premium seafood company who values responsibly caught seafood in a consistent and fun way across social media platforms.

Solution: Doubling down on the picturesque Alaska fishing scenes, education on what sustainable practices.

Role: Social media lead and copywriter, PR coordinator, blogger, newsletter and marketing manager.

RE:Treats! Running Retreats

From conception to final tiny details, running retreats are one of my favorite projects. Under Running Evolution, 5 running retreats were executed with a huge success.

In addition, I have consulted on 3 other running retreats to hone in the look and feel of the experience. Oiselle’s Bird Camp, Mirna Valerio’s Slow AF Azores Adventure, Kulapooza.

My role: Ideation, marketer and on-site host.

Writing & Press

Wrote a series for a women’s running community.

Wonk Press

Developed and executed a comprehensive marketing plan for this New Orleans publishing house, covering PR, social media, community, newsletters, and retail outreach.

Result: Increased sales from last years Christmas season by 10%.

REC:Shirts & Swag

The vision of REC: Shirts & Swag was to have a way for people to show off their running lifestyle without wearing a scratchy and sometimes ugly race shirt..that probably smelled terrible. REC: Shirts were tri-blend (a oh-so-soft material) with fun graphics.

Each piece of came with a contract on the hang tag. 1) Be nice to yourself. 2) Be nice to others. 3) Have fun, it’s only running

My role: Founder, designer, marketer and model.
